General Conditions of Sale – KASHFLO ACADEMY

Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions completed through the websites and digital platforms operated by Kashflo Academy. A “client” is any natural or legal person placing an order through our secure online payment system, including payments processed through Stripe, or any other authorized method.

Article 1a: Age Limit

Kash Flo Academy accepts clients 16 years or older for digital products and 18 years or older for coaching, workshops, or mentorship services. Our courses and services are intended for a mature audience capable of understanding the business and financial responsibilities discussed. Any order placed by a minor in violation of this policy will be canceled, refunded (if applicable), and access to the product will be revoked.

Article 2: Orders

Placing an order through a Kashflo Academy website or sales funnel constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. The client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms prior to purchase.

Article 3: Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without notice; however, the price confirmed at checkout is final and will not be altered after purchase. Taxes, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase, including pre-orders. We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe’s secure payment gateway. All payment data is encrypted and processed securely. Kash Flo Academy does not store or have access to your payment information. Responsibility for payment processing security rests solely with Stripe. Charges will appear on your statement as “KASHFLOACADEMY”.

Article 5: Delivery

Digital products and course materials are delivered instantly via email or through the user’s online account upon successful payment. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you do not receive your materials within a reasonable time, please contact us at support@kashfloacademy.com. Kash Flo Academy is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email entries or third-party technical issues.

Article 6: Refund Policy

Due to the immediate and digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once the product or course content has been accessed, no refunds will be granted. In rare cases of duplicate payment or technical error, please contact support for review within 7 business days of purchase.

Article 7: Protection of Personal Data

Kash Flo Academy values your privacy and complies with applicable U.S. data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable. By purchasing from us or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link provided at the bottom of each message.

Article 8: Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, PDFs, and resources provided by Kash Flo Academy are protected by copyright law.

Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or resale of our digital content is strictly prohibited. Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability

Kash Flo Academy makes no guarantees of earnings or results. Our educational materials are provided for informational and training purposes only. Users are solely responsible for applying the knowledge provided in a lawful and ethical manner.

Article 10: Governing Law

All transactions and disputes related to these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Oregon. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the competent courts of Lane County, Oregon.
